1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements entered into between Viveane (hereinafter: "the store") and the customer.
1.2 By placing an order or purchasing products from Viveane, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information

2.1 Viveane strives to describe and depict its products as accurately as possible.
2.2 Minor variations in color, size, or other characteristics may occur due to factors such as screen settings and do not constitute grounds for compensation or cancellation of the purchase.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices listed on the website and in-store include VAT and exclude any shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Viveane reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4. Ordering and Payment

4.1 Customers can place orders through the physical store, the webshop, or other Viveane sales channels.
4.2 Payment must be made using one of the offered payment methods.
4.3 An order is only finalized after the full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery Times
Viveane aims to deliver orders within the indicated timeframes. However, delays may occur due to external factors. In such cases, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

5.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain amount, as indicated on the website.

5.3 Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, Viveane is not responsible for delays or non-receipt of the order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Sale items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Viveane will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method within 14 days.

6.3 Exchanges
If customers wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, they can contact customer service. The product must be in its original condition, and the return process will follow the return policy.

7. Complaints Procedure

7.1 Complaints about products or services can be reported via our customer service.
7.2 Viveane strives to address complaints within 14 days and find an appropriate solution.

8. Liability

8.1 Viveane is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of its products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
8.2 Maximum liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

9. Privacy

9.1 Viveane respects the privacy of its customers and handles personal data with care.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 All agreements and transactions with Viveane are governed by Dutch law.
