Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery process has two stages:

Order confirmation, adjustments, quality inspection, and packaging.

Delivery Time (approx. 6–10 business days)
Transit time from our international fulfillment center to your address.

Estimated delivery times for major destinations:

  • UK & Ireland: 6–10 business days

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days

Peak season estimates (holidays, sales periods):

  • UK & Ireland: 10–15 business days

  • USA / Canada / Australia: 10–15 business days

Notes: Delivery times exclude potential customs/duties delays. During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day) transit may take longer.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping (tracked): Free

  • Insured Delivery: Included with all orders for added security

Shipping Insurance Policy

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives safely. For extra peace of mind, shipments include insured delivery.

Coverage: Loss, theft, or damage in transit, up to the order value.
Non-Refundable: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once purchased/included.
Claims:

  • Damaged items: contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Lost items: contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
    Provide your order number, description of the issue, and relevant evidence (e.g., photos).
    Exclusions: Insurance does not cover delays, consequential losses, or pre-existing damage not caused during transit.
